CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings will only be accepted with credit card confirmation or a deposit to be negotiated at the time of booking. Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours prior to bookings with the exception of Public Holidays, Long-weekends and local special events when the first nights accommodation rate will be taken. "No Show" will also incur the first nights accommodation rate.
