Telephone bookings taken at short notice are asked to pay a deposit within 48 hours, usually by credit card,
to the value of the first nights accommodation. 10% non-refundable.
If you are unable to honour your reservation, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to
arrival time.
If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to arrival time, an amount equivalent to your
first nights tariff may be charged to your credit card.
For special events and long weekends a full nights accommodation is expected to be paid in advance. Additional
cancellation requirements may apply.
Balance of account is payable on arrival.
Check in time is 2:00 PM, and check out is 10:00 AM. If you need to arrange for alternate times, just let us know!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings will only be accepted with credit card confirmation or a deposit to be negotiated at the time of
booking. Cancellations will be accepted 24 hours prior to bookings with the exception of Public Holidays,
Long-weekends and local special events when the first nights accommodation rate will be taken. "No Show"
will also incur the first nights accommodation rate.
