For your stay with us, you may choose from four beautifully appointed guest bedrooms that we have built with the maximum
relaxation and enjoyment of our guests in mind. Warm colours, unique reproduction furniture, rich artwork, and find details
such as brass fittings in each ensuite shower and bath, lend an ambience of luxurious comfort to each suite. All of the bedrooms
are fitted with woollen underlay electric blankets, to keep you warm and comfortable on chilly nights.
Our premier queen suite offers the ultimate in pampering. It is the largest room, featuring vaulted ceilings that give
the room a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. It includes a private TV and video, as well as a wicker loveseat for relaxing
in private to read a book. The large private ensuite bath includes both bath and shower, all elegantly appointed with brass
fittings. However, its unique and most appealing feature is the luxurious double spa in the bath, perfect for rejuvenating
body and soul after a busy day of activity.
As with the premier spa suite, our second suite is also appointed with a queen-size antique bed plus single bed (also
ideal as a twin suite), along with many other beautiful decorative details. The spacious bedroom includes its own TV and
video for your enjoyment. The private ensuite features an elegant double sink vanity and a large shower.
Our third and slightly smaller suite features a comfortable double bed, and a beautiful, large ensuite shower and bath.
The room includes a elegant lady's vanity and mirror, and as with the queen suites, there are convenient night tables and
lamps on each side of the bed.
Our fourth suite includes two twin beds, a shared night table, and plenty of space to move around and be comfortable.
This bedroom includes a large shower and bath, and the room offers the same attention to decorative appeal as all the others.
This room may be combined with the double to create a larger suite for a family or group.

All of the bedrooms face onto a large living area which includes a large sofa and two ultra-comfortable reclining
chairs, where you can relax to watch TV or videos, read, or visit with other guests. This open concept room also has
a kitchenette "nook", with a generous dining area with table and chairs, a microwave and refrigerator, and facilities
to make a hot "cuppa" anytime.
Continental breakfast provisions are supplied which guests prepare at their leisure. Evening meals are available
(7 days per week) at the local Allansford Hotel Bistro or take a 10 minute drive into Warrnambool to a variety of
restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars.
We have provided a sitting area outside next to our native garden. Our guest
area is always kept a comfortable temperature with central heating / air conditioning, and your car will be parked well
off the street. We maintain a non-smoking residence, for the enjoyment and benefit of all of our guests.
